The 22-year old playmaker spent four days in hospital last week after picking up a infection in his right eye. He was ordered by doctors to lay low and the injury has now been diagnosed as a blood clot leaving his season in jepoardy.
The Morpeth Bulls junior, who stormed on to the scene last year making 13 NRL appearances, has endured a horror six months.
He had three off-season surgeries before a belated comeback in NSW Cup only to be hindered by a back injury.
