The kiosks can be used for a range of transactions including the renewal of vehicle and boat registrations.
Council’s library section manager, Jo Smith, said the new kiosks provided an easy way for customers to navigate their way through five common online transactions via a simple, step-by-step guide.
“The friendly Lake Mac Libraries staff are available to help get you started, and phone support from Service NSW is also available at the kiosk, along with a post option for submission of medical assessment forms,” Ms Smith said.
Among the transactions that can be completed at the new kiosks are:
- renewal of vehicle and boat registrations;
- updating of personal information;
- applying for a Seniors Card;
- lodging a notice of disposal; and
- posting medical assessment forms.
