He said the second-floor apartment on Memorial Drive was “essentially a one-bedroom plus study”.
The sale comes after a three-bedroom apartment in “Beachview” on Memorial Drive sold within one week on the market for $860,000.
Mr Robinson also sold a seventh-floor apartment at 335 Wharf Road, Newcastle, for $700,000.
“It was positioned on the eastern side of the building but, at some stage, that Nobbys view will go,” Mr Robinson said. “Realistically, if the view stayed it would’ve been worth $770,000 to $780,000 but because so much of the view is set to go $700,000 was a good result.”
