The Queensland home-building company signed a major sporting sponsorship deal with the Newcastle Jets this month to the tune of more than $225,000.
It will be the first display home in New South Wales for Privium Homes.
"We've been in the Hunter Valley for four years now and made a company decision to put more focus in that market," Privium Homes general manager Karl Hellyer said.
"We see it as a strong market in the coming years. Hunter Valley is still regional. It's still supporting strong valuations and we're seeing it as a good area where we can diversify our brand there.
"We've got unique designs, which have been designed with livability in mind, really targeting that second, third home buyer that will be their forever home."
The new Cameron Grove Display Village is set to have its grand opening day on April 6.
