With huge interest in the Lake Macquarie region, the company has the Master Planned Weemala at the Lake development at Boolaroo and other exciting projects within the city.
Green Capital Group is both humbled and proud to be nominated as a finalist in the Category of Contribution to the City.
The group is headed by Lin Wu Tang (Tom) the managing director and fellow director Darren Van Aardt, who are both experienced and socially conscious developers.
Darren, being a Novocastrian, has very close family ties to the City of Lake Macquarie. The company philosophy is to always invest in the communities in which they undertake their projects.
By involving as many local trades during the planning and construction process as possible, they too can share in the Green Capital Group vision.
The results speak for themselves, with Stage 1 Weemala at the Lake virtually sold out only months from a very quiet non-public release.
"In order to move forward on large scale projects such as our Weemala at the Lake development, you need the financial capacity and a dedication to overcome the many challenges that such a project throws at your feet," director Darren Van Aardt said.
