The Newcastle Herald understands Lino was involved in a push-and-shove incident with two people at the Greenroof Hotel last Saturday night.
It was outside the same venue that prop Jacob Saifiti was knocked out and suffered a broken leg in an altercation in early December last year.

It's understood the Knights have investigated the Lino incident and brought it to the attention of the NRL Integrity Unit. The NRL won't be taking further action with a source describing the altercation as "low-level". It is understood there was no police action.
There is still a possibility Lino may be asked to front the Knights disciplinary committee and could face a fine. He was one of several Knights players at the hotel.
Knights CEO Phil Gardner is holidaying with his family and could not be contacted but sources have told the Newcastle Herald a number of local establishments including the Greenroof Hotel will be off limits to Knights players as a precaution against further trouble in the future.
