Western Suburbs halfback Luke Walsh is considered a potential first grade coach down the track, but in the meantime Rosellas officials won't be making any final decisions on next year's mentor until after this season.

Wests secretary Neil Scarr hopes former NRL and English Super League player Walsh, 32, still has a few more campaigns left out in the middle before possibly crossing over to coach at the club in the future.
"Luke Walsh is nearing the end of his career, but I hope he's still got another three years of playing in him," Scarr said.
"We do want to upskill him in the coaching area eventually. The club would want a Wests junior in that position.
"It's more long term though because it could be quite difficult to go straight from playing into coaching."
After a weekend off Walsh returns to the field with minor premiers Wests hosting Central in Sunday's major semi-final.
Scarr said the Rosellas "supported" Lantry's decision to change clubs after this campaign wrapped up and thanked him for three years of service at the New Lambton venue.
"We've been fortunate to have him," Scarr said.
Scarr said Wests officials would meet next week but "no decision will be made until after the grand final" in terms of coaching.
Steve Storrie (2016), Dean Botham (2015) and Craig Miller (2011-2014) were most recently in charge of the Rosellas prior to Lantry.
Meanwhile, Cessnock players Scott Briggs and Blake Andrews will wait to see if they are charged by the Newcastle Rugby League match review committee this week after being put on report in Saturday's 14-10 elimination semi-final win over hosts Maitland.
Briggs, who was also given 10 minutes in the sin-bin late in the do-or-die encounter, was pulled up for a dangerous throw and Andrews with a crusher tackle.
The Goannas are at home to defending champions Souths in Saturday's minor semi-final at Cessnock Sportsground.
Elsewhere in terms of coaching, Kurri also announced across the weekend that NSW Pioneers representative Mitch Cullen would fill the void left by Ron Griffiths. He'll captain-coach the Bulldogs next year.
Lakes revealed last month Robbie Payne would step up at Cahill Oval in 2020 having been assistant to both initial coach Glenn Agland, who finished up because of work commitments, and mid-season replacement Lyndon Sheppard.
Souths, Cessnock and Central will continue with Andrew Ryan, Todd Edwards and Phil Williams respectively while Macquarie have Steve Kidd taking over from Adam Bettridge.
