Police are warning people to be careful when buying second-hand electronics as an investigation continues into the theft of 29 smart watches from Charlestown and Hornsby.

Investigators released images of three men on Monday they want to speak to in relation to the robbery at the Charlestown Square Apple Store on September 18, where 12 Apple Watches were stolen.
It came about two weeks before another theft, this time at a Hornsby shopping centre, where 17 smart watches were taken.
Initial inquiries have led police to believe the incidents are linked.
In a statement on Monday, police said the watches were understood to be display models "with very limited functionality despite appearing identical".
They are warning members of the public to be careful and ask sellers for proof-of-purchase before buying a second-hand smart watch privately, to avoid being sold a stolen and inferior product.

The first man police want to speak with is described as being Caucasian appearance, about 18-20 years old, of a medium build and with a dark beard and moustache.
He is depicted wearing a white t-shirt, black hooded jacket, cream coloured pants and an orange cap.
The second man is described as being Caucasian appearance, about 18-20 years old, of a medium build, and with short brown hair.
He was wearing a black hooded jumper and black pants in the footage and was carrying a black backpack.
The third man is described as being Caucasian appearance, 15-17 years old, of a slim build and with short dark hair.
The CCTV footage shows him wearing a black hooded jumper and black pants with white stripes down each leg.
