Newcastle Rugby League eye capped payments, optional grades, four venues as stance eased on playing 2020 competitions without crowds

Newcastle Rugby League have changed their stance on running competitions without crowds in 2020 and are set to introduce player payment caps, optional open grades and use only four venues if given the green light later this week.
