Joshua O'Doherty, of LJ Hooker Belmont, and Altitude Real Estate's Tess Fearon sold the "lifestyle property" at 24 Cockburns Lane with Mr O'Doherty reporting "multiple buyers at play".
It featured a grand-scale, five-bedroom residence with a resort-like swimming pool on around 1.85 acres of land.
"At the moment, there's certainly demand for properties that offer something different and that offer a lifestyle," Mr O'Doherty said.
A Merewether residence with a unique look and outlook has been snapped up for $2.5 million. Robinson Property's Mike Flook marketed the home at 25 Scenic Drive.
It had panoramic water and city views and attracted "over 70-80 enquiries" in less than a fortnight on the market. The property had sold for $2.2525 million in April of 2018.
