So what's the plan when the big granite-hard Eels winger comes charging at him on Sunday at McDonald Jones Stadium?
"I'm not sure you'd call it a plan but I'll just be throwing everything I've got at him to try and bring him down," the Knights winger said.
"He's been unreal and is in great form so you can't underestimate him. Truth is, I'm just excited to be coming up against him. It's going to be a real good challenge for me."
The 105kg Sivo has been a try-scoring sensation with a remarkable strike-rate since breaking into the top grade with the Eels in the opening round last year.

In 33 games, he has scored 30 tries and has eight in eight games this season after crossing for four in his side's big win over the Cowboys last weekend.
It was only a few weeks ago he left Kangaroos fullback James Tedesco concussed after running over the top of him to score a try against the Sydney Roosters.
With veteran centre Michael Jennings in arguably the best form of his career, the Eels left edge has been lethal this season with fullback Clint Gutherson playing a leading role in that.
Asked about Hunt's chances of stopping Sivo, Knights coach Adam O'Brien quipped: "I'm more happy for Hymel to be doing it than me.
"But in all seriousness, Hymel's done a really good job for a long period of time.
"He's experienced and he knows what he has to do but in saying that, it won't be just him.
"Everyone has a part to play in defending Sivo and nullifying their left edge threat before it even gets to him."
Knights prop David Klemmer has no doubts Hunt will handle the job.
"Hymel's a big body too and he's being going great for us so I've got all the confidence in the world in him,"Klemmer said.
It's not the first time this season Hunt has been presented with a challenge on the right wing.
In the opening round against the Warriors, he was up against last year's Dally M winger of the year in Kiwi international Ken Maumalo and finished on top.
"I just look at it as another challenge for me," he said
"At the moment, I'm not sure anyone can stop Sivo if it gets to one-on-one close to the line but I'm going to give everything I possibly can for the team in that regard. That's my job, to do everything I can for the team and that will be the goal again on Sunday."
Meanwhile, Knights centre Bradman Best will be a certain starter against the Eels according to O'Brien despite slightly rolling his ankle at training on Wedensday.
"Bradman will definitely be there," the coach said.
"He rolled his good ankle a little bit yesterday but did some modified training today and will train on Saturday and be ready to go."
Meanwhile, Knights utility Connor Watson won't play despite being named on an extended bench.
