The stadium was attended by a fan at last Sunday's A-League clash between the Jets and Western United who has since tested positive for COVID-19.
The stadium has been undergoing a full clean and a crowd of between 7000 and 8000 Knights members is expected to attend.
"In accordance with our COVID-19 safety plan, the venue has been thoroughly cleaned and looks forward to hosting the Newcastle Knights and Wests Tigers on Saturday night," Venues NSW acting CEO Joe Achmar said in a statement.
"Patrons are reminded they must stay home if they're unwell or display any symptoms and get tested."
