University of Newcastle should 'recredit' staff with five days annual leave: Fair Work Commission

Dispute: The National Tertiary Education Union and the university met to resolve the dispute before and after the annual leave period. The NTEU requested it be resolved by arbitration. The matter was heard on November 17 and 18.

THE FAIR Work Commission has said the University of Newcastle should "recredit" staff the five days annual leave it directed them to take over Easter.
