Anyone who has visited these locations during the stated times has been urged to seek a COVID-19 test and isolate until they receive a negative result.
Services Australia, Nelson Bay - Monday 30 August from 9.25am to 9.45am and 2.00pm to 2.30pm.
Chemist Warehouse, Mayfield - Thursday 9 September from 5.05pm to 5.25pm.
BWS, Warners Bay - Monday 6 September from 3.45pm - 3.55pm.
BWS, Cardiff - Friday 3 September from 10.35am - 10.45am.
Woolworths, Nelson Bay - Tuesday 31 August from 5am - 2pm; Wednesday 1 September from 8am - 5pm; Thursday 2 September from 8am - 4pm.
