This property in Table Top, just north of Albury, is currently home to horse training stables Moondyne Cutting Horses.

In addition to the three-bedroom home there's two one bedroom flats, perfect for staff accommodation.
It's up for auction on November 25 with Brian Liston of Nutrien Harcourts Victoria.
Mr Liston said that the property had a guide of $1.48 million to $1.53 million.
