The world champion and Olympic silver medallist has been unbeaten in the Newcastle event since it began.
Parker produced a dominant display to win her fourth title in the Devonport Oceania Paratriathlon two weeks ago. The race in Tasmania was her first since last November.
The Newcastle 33-year-old suffered third degree burns to her feet last September and continues to manage the injury.
But Parker was thrilled to be back in action and keen to continue building towards her next major event - a World Triathlon Championships Series race in Japan in May.
The City of Newcastle Oceania Paratriathlon is part of the new Island Triathlon Festival in Stockton, which also includes a fun run and aquathlon (swim/run).
The swim legs for the weekend races have been moved to Stockon Pool due to water quality in the harbour.
