After losing their first two games, Olympic were 16-1 winners over New Lambton at Alder Park.
Copus-Brown, who played six seasons with the Newcastle Jets before joining Wanderers in 2020-21, was one of nine players to score against the rebuilding Eagles. The 24-year-old last played in the NNSW women's league for Wallsend in 2019 and returns after two seasons in NPLW NSW.
It follows a trend this season of high-profile players coming back to the NNSW competition.
Jets trio Cassidy Davis, Lauren Allan and Tara Andrews are playing for Warners Bay and made their first appearances in a 3-2 loss to Broadmeadow at John Street Oval on Saturday.
Jets teammates Hannah Brewer and Claire Coelho have signed with Mid Coast but are yet to take the field. Coelho has been nursing a foot injury but told the Newcastle Herald she hoped to be back in action after Easter.
Jets scholarship holder Josie Morley, who made her A-Leagues debut this season, played her first game for Adamstown in their 9-0 win over Mid Coast on Sunday.
There are no NPLW NNSW matches over the Easter weekend.
