Australian energy company Viva acquired the Coles Express brand in 2022 and will gradually replace Coles Express with their new brand, Reddy Express.
Coles Express will be removed from sites and gradually replaced over the next three years. The acquisition creates the largest single branded Australian fuel and convenience network under a single retail operator.
Coles Express employs around 6,000 team members who will become Viva Energy Group employees.
Viva Energy have also acquired On the Run (OTR) convenience stores which operate across South Australia and Victoria.
Reddy Express customers will continue to have access to existing loyalty programs including participation in FlyBuys, the 4 cents per litre discount dockets with Coles supermarkets and have access to high-quality Coles branded products.

Viva Energy chief exec, convenience and mobility business, Jevan Bouzo said the Reddy Express brand was important to the $4.6 billion business.
"Consistency and familiarity are critical to reassure our customers that they will continue to receive the same great service, offers, loyalty and rewards as they enjoy today," he said.
