Auckland will see the rapper on January 28 before he heads to Brisbane on February 1, Sydney on February 4, Melbourne on February 7 and Perth on February 11.
Gambino also surprised fans with the release of a new album, Atavista, and a music video for Little Foot Big Foot.
Gambino said "this album is the finished version of 3.15.20, the album I put out four years ago", on Instagram.
The surprise world tour and album release announcement comes after retirement rumours swirled around the Redbone rapper.
But Gambino's massive world tour takes him to around 50 cities across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, and the UK from August 2024 to February 2025.
Tickets go on sale to the public on May 20 from 11am AEST but concert promoters Frontier Touring said fans could sign up for early access through the tour website.
