A fourth patient has reported to police that she was raped by a doctor during a consultation after three other alleged victims came forward earlier in July.

Ahmed Al-Sudani, the 45-year-old doctor working at an Arncliffe medical clinic in Sydney's south, was arrested at his office on July 12.

He is charged with the sexual assault of four women at his clinic during June 2024.
The latest charges were laid on July 25 after a 31-year-old woman was allegedly raped and sexually assaulted by Al-Sudani at the clinic on June 4.
He was charged with sexual intercourse without consent and sexually touch another person without consent.
This is the second woman alleging rape against the doctor on June 4.
Charges against the doctor
Police first arrested the doctor, who lives in Monterey, Sydney, over the alleged rape of a 19-year-old woman during a consultation at the clinic on June 26.
He was charged with sexual intercourse without consent over the alleged offence.
Al-Sudani also allegedly indecently assaulted a 28-year-old woman during a consultation at the clinic on June 4.
He was charged sexually touching another person without consent in relation to this alleged offence.
A third woman reported to police that she was raped and sexually assaulted at the clinic in June 2024, NSW Police said on July 17.
The third alleged assault led to two further charges, sexually touch another person without consent and sexual intercourse without consent, against Al-Sudani.
An investigation has been launched into the doctor's conduct, NSW Police said.
Al-Sudani has been working as a GP in Australia since 2011 and has more than 17 years experience, his Health Engine profile said.
He appeared at Sutherland Local Court where he was granted bail after promising to pay $1 million if he breached any conditions. He agreed to pay a $200,000 deposit to the court.
The 44-year-old has been barred from practicing medicine and was ordered to hand his passport to police.
He will face Downing Centre Local Court on September 10.
NSW Police said the investigation is continuing.
